情報を配信しようとしたのは

健康管理を改善することで
自分の人生が大きく変わったからです！

私の当時の会社は
低い給料と休みなしの職場という

俗にいう
【ブラック企業】
でした( ﾉД`)ｼｸｼｸ…

借金もあり
八方塞がりな状態になり

副業を決意しました。

ただ、副業をすることは
本業の傍らになるので

帰宅後晩遅く、

若しくは、

早朝の僅かな時間を
活用してやります。

やり始めてすぐに
体調不良から始まり

なかなか進まない・・・

眠たい・・・

しんどい・・・

やめたい・・・

こんな気持ちになるのは
それ程時間がかかりませんでした。

そんな時、一つの健康管理の情報に
たどり着きました。

その情報では、一言で言うと
