脂肪燃焼スープを使用した正しいダイエット方法

世の中にダイエット方法はたくさんあります。

体を思い切り動かして筋肉をつけてみたり、

ダイエットができるということなのです。

もちろん普段の食事でも多少気をつけなければいけないことはありますが、

お腹いっぱい食べられるというのは嬉しいことですよね。

ではその「脂肪燃焼スープ」の作り方を紹介します。

材料は

  1. キャベツ半玉
  2. 玉ねぎ３玉
  3. トマト３個
  4. ピーマンorパプリカ１個
  5. セロリorにんじん１本
  6. 水２～３L
  7. コンソメキューブ１個。

これを適当な大きさに切り、すべて鍋に入れて食材が柔らかくなるまで煮込むだけ。

とてもシンプルで簡単です。

このスープは冷蔵庫に入れたりしてきちんと保存していると日持ちしますので、

毎日食べて、なくなったらまた作って・・・の繰り返しになります。

ベースが合っていれば多少調味料の加減をしてもかまいませんので、

もし味に飽きてきたらコンソメをかつお節とかカレーパウダーにしてみたりして、

変化をつけると食べやすくなるかもしれませんね。

必要な食材はいくつもありますが、それぞれにきちんと理由があります。

キャベツには、粘膜を丈夫にするビタミンが入っており、胃潰瘍や十二指腸潰瘍にも効果的です。

煮て食べると生食よりも何倍も効果アップ！繊維も豊富なので便通も良くなります。

玉ねぎには、あの鼻がツーンとする成分（硫化アリル）が血液の凝固を押さえ、血液をサラサラにする効果があり、

トマトに多く含まれているリコピンはにも抗酸化作用が高く同じ効果があります。

セロリには、カルシウムやカリウムなどのミネラルがたくさん含まれています。

茎よりも葉の方が豊富なので、すべて細かく刻んで煮込んでしまえばよりよい効果が得られるでしょう。

ピーマン・パプリカには、ビタミンCが豊富です。他の野菜などとは違い、加熱をしても壊れないという嬉しい特徴があります。

シミの予防や肌のハリにも効果があるので、美肌作りにとても高い効果を発揮します。

どの野菜も体にとってとても良い効果がありますので、逃さず摂取しておきたいですね。

それでは次にこのスープを使ったダイエット方法の紹介します。

たくさん作った、たくさん食べた、だけではしっかりした効果は得られません。

どうせやるならば、その効果を最大限に引き出せるようにしたいものです。
[ルール]
・お酒は飲まない

（脂肪燃焼の邪魔になります。もしのんでしまったら、２４時間以上空けてから再開してください）

・甘味料は取らない

・飲み物は水かお茶かブラックコーヒー

（甘味料がダメなので、カロリーゼロのものでも清涼飲料水はいけません）

・小麦粉を使った食品は食べない

・夕食に口にする１つ目は必ずスープを

・まずは１週間。欠かさずに続けること

このルールは脂肪燃焼とそれに伴う体重減少を効果的に促してくれるので、

より効果的にダイエットを進めたければ厳守してもらいたいものです。

≫あわせて実践すると効果的なプログラム

その間に口にできるものも決められております。

基本はスープなので、それプラス食べられるものを紹介します。

１日目・・・＋果物（バナナ以外ならば何でも良い）
２日目・・・＋野菜（油を使わず、コーンと豆を使わなければ何でも良い）。夕食だけ、ベイクドポテトはOK。
３日目・・・＋野菜と果物（コーンと豆とバナナはダメ。バイクドポテトもNG）
４日目・・・＋バナナ３本とスキムミルク５００ｍｌ（適量を水で溶いて飲む）
５日目・・・＋トマト（最大６個）と肉（ゆでた赤みの牛肉か鶏肉。煮魚もOK）
６日目・・・＋牛肉（量に制限なし）と野菜（ベイクドポテト以外）
７日目・・・＋玄米と野菜とフルーツジュース（１００％のもの）

トマトが苦手な人は煮込んでソースにしてお肉にかけても良いですし、

玄米が苦手な人は一緒に煮込んでしまうと食べやすくなります。

６日目はサラダの上にゆでた牛肉をのせて、トマトソースをかけて・・・

といったアレンジもいいですね。

と、いろいろ決まりがあり、ちょっと躊躇してしまうかもしれません。

しかし、必要な材料はどこのスーパーでも手に入るもので、比較的安価です。

しかも１回作ってしまうとけっこうな量になるため手間もかかりません。

お腹いっぱい食べてもOKなので、空腹に耐え続けるということもありません。

運動を続けるのはしんどい、お腹が空くのにも耐えられない・・・・！という方は、

一度挑戦してみてもいいのではないでしょうか。
