２週間で結果が出る！絶対やせるダイエット方法

おかゆダイエット
ダイエットをしているのになかなか痩せることができない、というのが悩みになっている人は年齢があがるにつれて増えています。

若いころはすぐに痩せることができたのに、30代の半ばになって太ってきたからダイエットを始めたのに、思ったように痩せることができなくて、いい方法がないかといろいろと探してみていました。

ですが、10代や20代のころと同じような感覚でいると、肌荒れやにきび、生理不順などになってしまって、結果、痩せることもなく、体調を崩しただけ、という経験があります。そのようなことにならないためにも、男性も女性も健康を維持しながら痩せることができる方法でダイエットを行うことが大切です。

そこで、２週間続けるだけでいい、短期集中の方法を見つけました。

難しいことやつらいことをするのではなく、日常のなかで行うことができる方法なので取り入れやすかったです。

この方法で２週間頑張ってダイエットをしたところ、それまではまったく体重も体脂肪も減らなかったのに、3キロも減って、体脂肪は30パーセント台から20パーセント台になることができました。

その方法は、おかゆや野菜スープを中心に食べるというものです。

おかゆはお水でお米をのばしているので満腹になることができます。

はじめの2、3日はおなかがすきますが、3日目をすぎるとおなかが慣れるので大丈夫です。

野菜スープを間食として食べるようにして、カロリーを抑えました。

この食事は２週間という短期間だけ行うのならいいのですが、２週間以上続けてしまうと体がその食事の量に慣れすぎてしまうのでよくないです。

なので、短期集中するときに向いている食事だといえます。

実際、この食事内容で体重が減ったことで3週間目もしてみたのですが、あまり体重に変化はなく、ふらふらとしてきてしまったので、やはり短期集中で痩せたいときに行うのならいい、ということがいえます。

食事は3食、おかゆと副菜、副菜はたんぱく質を摂取できるものがいいので、お肉やお魚にしておきました。
どうしても物足りないときはグリーンスムージーなどを一緒に飲んでいましたが、ほとんどは間食の野菜スープで大丈夫でした。



おかゆがなぜダイエットに効果的なのか、というと、消化吸収がよくて少量で満腹感を得られやすく、少しずつ胃が小さくなっていき、少量で大丈夫な体質になるので普通の食事に戻っても安心、通常なら大腸を通過するのに6時間はかかるけれど、お粥なら3時間で通過することができる、というものです。

この方法をしよう、と思ったきっかけは、肥満体型の人が食事をおかゆにすれば、2週間で約10パーセントの体重減を見込める、ということを聞いたからです。

なので、思い切って実行してみました。

野菜スープで気をつけることは、じゃがいもなどでんぷんや炭水化物が含まれていない野菜を使ったスープにすることです。

おなかがすいたときに飲む野菜スープは野菜不足も補うこともできますし、おかゆダイエットとの併用で、食事のバランスも取れています。

ですが、あまり飲む過ぎてしまうのはよくないので、1、2杯にしておくといいです。

その代わり、1杯の量は野菜をたっぷりと入れておくといいです。

野菜には豊富に栄養が含まれていますし、調理してもスープにしているので栄養が逃げて少なくなることはかなり少ないので安心です。

スープにすることでおなかにたまるのもよかったです。

こうすることで、甘いものを食べたくなる欲求を抑えることができました。

どうしても甘いものが食べたい、というときは、少しだけ食べて、たくさんは食べないように意識しておくことが大切です。

食事以外では、運動もしっかりと行っていました。

運動といっても、仕事のときに一駅、もしくは二駅分を歩いたり、バスではなく徒歩にする、などで、ウォーキングを取り入れていました。

お休みの日にはいつもよりも多く歩くようにする、ショッピングのついでに歩く、など日常のなかに取り入れやすい方法で歩くようにしていました。

ウォーキングをしているときに注意することは、無理をしないことです。

痩せたくて長時間歩いたり、きつい運動をしたりするよりも、自分のペースでしっかりと姿勢を正して歩くようにするほうが長続きすることができます。

それに、この日常のなかに取り入れる方法なら、２週間が過ぎても続けやすくなります。

また、日常生活で気をつけていたのは、水分をこまめにとる、ということです。

夏に行ったときはこまめに水分を摂取することでのどの乾燥をふせぐことができましたが、春や秋、冬なども、お水をこまめに飲むことで便秘解消にもよい影響があります。

肌にもいい影響がありますし、おなかがすいたときには、はじめにお水を飲むと本当におなかがすいているのか、それとも脳が甘いものを食べることの習慣を勘違いしているのかがわかる、ということです。

２週間の短期集中ですが、無理はせず、美と健康にいい方法と考えて行うといいです。
